We may decline or reschedule service for safety, access, or weather reasons.
2) Scheduling; Cancellations; No-Shows
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a reasonable fee to cover technician time/dispatch costs.
Arrival windows are estimates; we’ll communicate updates if delays occur.

3) Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate information about the issue, door type, opener model, access instructions, and safety concerns.
